May 2011

We stayed seven nights at Treetops and wish we could have stayed seven more. We felt at home, cosy too and the house and Wye River reminded us of God’s creation all around us. Thank you. Mark and Jo.

Treetops reminds me of a song. “Heaven must be here, oh it’s just got be here.” That’s what this place is, I’m sure of it. Thanks guys for a great stay. This place has the lot. We’ll be back to Wye River and Treetops. PS the weather was great too, how lucky hey! Lynette and Graham.

This is our second visit to Treetops – last time in January. Although the weather is different we still had a wonderful, peaceful few days. Irene and Chris.

Our Treetops Wye River stay has been a holiday we will never forget. It’s been amazing to bring our ten-year old Westie, Macey, on holiday with us. The view is absolutely wonderful, and the birdlife… I’m lost for words. This morning I was hand feeding 34 cockatoos and cutting up ham for the four kookaburras that were kind enough to share with Macey. During the evenings we have enjoyed sitting by the fire watching the TV. Thank you so much. Julia, Sean and Macey.

Another perfect stay at Treetops. The local Wye River residents put on a good show – all the beautiful birds. The koala stayed around in full view most of the weekend. We appreciate the new TV and Foxtel to see the news but love the fact that Treetops remains the same warm, cosy oasis in the trees we love. We stayed away too long last time, but won’t make that mistake again! Till next time, Stephanie and Alec and Allegra.

This is my sixth time here and I’m only 7! I love it here and so does my dogs Molly and Conner.  We saw another koala in a tree. Allegra.

Thank you for the chance to stay in your beautiful home – Treetops, what a place! I have recently finished a year of cancer treatments and bought to Wye River my greatest support systems, my mum and my two canine babies, Brodie the chocolate lab and Pixie the ex-racing greyhound. We all deserved a break and what a beautiful place to come. Expect us to return very soon. Cathy.

Wow! This place is wonderful! We love the sound of the waves and being greeted every morning by cockies and parrots and kookaburras in the ‘Treetops’. Snuggling in front of the fire was also a treat. Thank you Nicole and Darren.

The weather was terrible, but despite this, a great time was had by all! The Wye River setting and the Treetops house are gorgeous. We hope to be back before long. Emma, Sally, David and Oliver.

Treetops is such a tranquil, beautiful setting. Thank you for sharing it with us, an abundance of life surrounding us, enveloping the house. Our only disappointment was the empty dog kennel, which our Golden retriever, Zac, would have used, had he not recently died of cancer. Peaceful, inspiring, magical. Thank you. Lynnette and Gary.
